Caroll spends the long winters baking bread and weaving rag rugs on her great-grandmother’s Union no. 36 Loom from recycled rags! She enjoys feeding the sheep and spinning yarn while Tom enjoys creating hand-forged high carbon steel blades that he hammers out in his workshop.
